Once your windows or doors have been ordered our team of process workers go through several stages of manufacture to give you the precise dimensions for your order.
 The photos above show the PVCu profile being cut to size in order to fit the customers requirements. This process is computerised to ensure accurate and precise cutting
to the exact specifcation required.
 The profiles are then reinforced with steel to give the strength and security the finished product will need.
 The profiles are then welded together in order for it to withstand any force that is exerted on it.
 Above shows a corner cleaner which ensures that all the profile joins are not visible on the finished window.
 Finally in the photo above you can see any beading or accessories required are fitted by hand, and are also checking the profile / windows to ensure that it is of the highest quality.
